Data Shared: Student name, contact info, date of birth, attendance, and rank progress.
Purpose: Exclusively for administrative and educational purposes within our school.
Protection: We maintain a data protection agreement with Kicksite to ensure they follow all Illinois security standards.
3. Parental Consent & Children’s Privacy (COPPA) The privacy of our youth students is a top priority.
Parental Consent Required: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
The Enrollment Process: By completing the enrollment form on our website via Kicksite, a parent/guardian provides this express consent for the collection of the child’s information for school participation.
4. Data Breach Notification Policy We take data security seriously. In the unlikely event of a security breach that affects “covered information” (as defined by Illinois law):
Notification: We will notify affected parents or guardians within 30 days of discovering the breach.
