Our Advanced Jiu-Jitsu class is designed for experienced practitioners ready to take their technique, strategy, and timing to the next level. Open Mat is your time to roll, drill, and explore techniques at your own pace.  Sharpen your skills or just connect with teammates..  everyone is welcome. No formal instruction, just good training.

No-gi jiu-jitsu offers a faster-paced, grip-free grappling experience focused on control, pressure, and transitions. Great for cross-training or adding variety to your ground game.

Our Adult Beginner Jiu-Jitsu class is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to learn the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu in a supportive, no-pressure environment. You’ll build confidence, improve fitness, and develop practical self-defense skills while learning basic techniques, positions, and movements at a pace that’s right for you. Classes focus on technique, safety, and fun, making it easy for adults of all ages and fitness levels to jump in and start their Jiu-Jitsu journey.

Our Little Ninjas program introduces kids to martial arts through fun, movement-based learning. We focus on coordination, listening, and confidence. All in a positive and playful environment.

Kids gain more than just self-defense here. Our youth classes build discipline, respect, focus, and resilience – while keeping training fun, challenging, and engaging for every skill level.

Our Striking/MMA class combines the best techniques from striking and grappling arts to create a well-rounded skillset for both competition and self-defense. We focus on building strength, improving conditioning, and developing real-world skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Our Yoga class is designed to complement your Jiu-Jitsu training by improving flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Each session focuses on mindful movement, controlled breathing, and mobility work to aid recovery and prevent injury. This class offers the perfect blend of strength, relaxation, and focus.
